In total (head office, airport and shopping centre sites) we currently employ approximately 60 staff.

The winner of the competition is determined using a computerised 'Spot The Ball' competition which you will enter as part of the ticket buying process.

You will be shown a photograph that has had the ball removed from it. You must use your skill and judgement to decide where you think the centre of the ball would logically have been. Your chosen point(s) will be recorded as (x:y) coordinates.

At the end of the competition, the same picture is then shown to a judge(s) picked from a panel of judges (professional sporting experts) and in the presence of a lawyer they mark where they think in their professional opinion the centre of the ball should be. The winner is simply the person who is closest to the judge's position.

Yes. All of the cars displayed in the airports and at shopping centres are owned and fully paid for in advance by Best of the Best Plc - we currently have a stock of over £1 million of cars ready to be given away!

From time to time, we add cars/other products into the prize line-up that we don't own, which we will then order if the winner chooses them.

Typically, it costs from 50p up to £4 for the luxury Watch competition and tickets for the Supercar Competition can be purchased for as little as £2.50 up to £25. Please note - all our competitions offer discounts for multiple ticket purchases. See individual competition pages for details of our latest offers.

We have a number of multi-buy ticket offers in our competitions - for example, buy any 5 tickets and get 20% off in the Supercar competition. See individual competition pages for details of our latest offers.

Time Limited Competitions (such as the Supercar and Luxury Watch competitions) close after the specified number of days or time has lapsed. 

Results are usually announced within 7-10 days of the competition finishing.  Although we try to get the results out as soon as possible, the formal judging process takes time and contacting winners and confirming identification can sometimes take a while.

Competition results will be posted on our website and if you have given us a valid email address, you will receive notification via email as well. You should also log in to your Account to check the results, to see how close you were and to see if you have earned any rewards (Game Credit).

We are proud to say that to date we have given away over £14 million worth of prizes to over 400 winners from around the world.

All of our competitions comply with UK gaming law, which requires them to be skill based. We use 'Spot The Ball' as the basis for our skilled competitions as it is both widely recognised, fun and easy to understand. The process we use to operate and judge our 'Spot The Ball' games is in compliance with UK Gaming Commission guidelines. See the 'How to Play' section for full details.

The panel of judges are football referees with over 50 years' collective experience between them, both in the UK and abroad. They include official FA Instructors and Assessors, as well as members of The Referees' Association.

The Lawyers are Parfitt Cresswell, a firm of Solicitors with multiple offices in London, UK and the Competition Auditors are Wilkins Kennedy, an international firm of accountants.

Yes! Depending on the value of the car won, BotB will pay up to £2,500 towards insurance costs and up to £800 for servicing. See terms and conditions for full details. Please note, this is only available for Supercar competitions (prefixed 'SC')
