With the new C-Class, Mercedes has torn up their old rule book and written one anew.
Closer in size to the old E-Class than the old C-Class, it looks like a mini-S-Class and is packed with just as much technology - especially in the interior. There's a massive screen in the centre console to control all aspects of the car from infotainment to AC and other systems. This leaves a wonderfully clean and futuristic design in the cabin and instantly makes rivals seem out of date.
Every aspect of the new C-Class has been engineered to be as good as cars one or two classes above it, and it shows. This C300d AMG Line model looks just like the AMG models to the casual observer, yet comes with a powerful 261 bhp 2.0 litre diesel engine capable of an incredible 47mpg average.
