A father was stunned when he found out he’d won an Aston Martin yesterday.

Chris Hutchings, 49, was surprised at work in Llanelli when Best of the Best website turned up on his doorstep.

And as if the car wasn’t enough, there was also £10k in cash hidden in the boot.

The lucky man had won the car and cash with dream car competition company BOTB (www.botb.com) but he had no idea they would be paying him a visit.

The life-changing moment was captured on camera as BOTB managing director Will Hindmarch broke the news to Chris, who works at his business Commercial Floorings UK Ltd.

Hindmarch said: “I have a little surprise for you. Here’s a new little toy for you.

“I’m afraid this one is in the colours of the St George’s cross – probably not ideal for you. You probably want more of a Welsh one.”

A gobsmacked Chris could only muster: “That’ll do... It’s fantastic.”

The demo model of the Aston Martin was presented to Mr Hutchings, but it is up to him whether he wants to change it for a different colour.
