Leicester mum wins Rolex watch worth £14,000 after spending 25p {{favouriteCount}}

A Leicester woman has won a Rolex watch worth £14,450 after buying a 25p ticket for an online competition.

Amina Raidhan is now the proud owner of a Lady-Datejust, the same type of timepiece owned by Hollywood icon Grace Kelly.

The 45-year-old said of her win: "This is crazy. I've never won anything in my life.

"I can't believe it."

Amina won the Rolex in a giveaway run by competition company BOTB.

She said: "This is my first time playing BOTB, and I saw the watch and knew I had to play for it. I love watches and this one is just beautiful.

"I think this watch will also become a family heirloom as in years to come I will pass it down to my daughter to enjoy."

To enter BOTB's Luxury Lifestyle Competition, Amina had to answer a question, and was then randomly selected from all the correct entries.

She added: "The competition question was about football and I know all about it thanks to my four boys - it’s a bit football crazy in this house."

BOTB hands over the keys to two cars each week, as well as the lifestyle prize.
