Stoke-on-Trent barber wins £59k Mercedes after paying 3p to enter competition {{favouriteCount}}

A Stoke-on-Trent barber was left in shear shock after discovering he had won a £59,000 Mercedes after spending just 3p to enter a competition. Shahram Osman was busy trimming hair when he received the shock news that he was the new owner of a Mercedes E63S.

The 34-year-old received a visit from Christian Williams, a presenter with competition specialist BOTB, who surprised him with the news. Overcome with excitement, Shahram immediately hugged and kissed Christian on the cheek. “To win feels amazing,” the father-of-one said.

Shahram said he watches videos of Christian surprising other winners every day, but never thought he would be one of them. He added: “I’m shocked and never believed one day I would win. This win will change my life.”

After revealing the win, Christian led Shahram outside where his brand-new Mercedes E63S was waiting. The high-performance car is renowned for its exhilarating acceleration, sharp handling, and luxurious interior.

Shahram got a chance to sit behind the wheel as Christian walked him through some of the car’s features, before firing up the engine to hear its roaring V8 come to life. “The car is gorgeous,” Shahram said.

Christian said: “Shahram has always dreamed of winning with BOTB, and I’m so happy for him that his dream came true. This is what BOTB is all about - giving people the surprise of a lifetime. Seeing Shahram’s reaction today was just incredible. The E63S is an absolute beast. It looks incredible, sounds mad, and drives like a dream.”
