If it’s your first time playing, you'll also receive an email confirming your account login details and welcoming you to our community.

The My Competitions page details the competitions you've entered, their status, and results.

Game Credit is a virtual currency you can earn or win in various ways. For instance, you can win Game Credit by entering one of our regular social media competitions, bagging an Instant Win prize, or placing tickets in zones 1-5 on the Spot the Ball image in the Dream Car Competition.

You can enter our competitions for free with enough Game Credit or use it for part payment. It is automatically deducted from your account at checkout with any qualifying purchase.

Please note: Game Credit cannot be withdrawn as cash. It doesn’t last for long – so be sure to use it before you lose it – check your Account for expiry details.

Here’s our competition schedule in UK time:

- Dream Car: runs from Monday to Sunday, with results announced Tuesday.

- House: runs from the beginning to the end of each calendar month, with results typically announced three working days thereafter.

- Lifestyle: runs from Tuesday to Monday, with results announced Thursday.

In the Dream Car and Lifestyle competitions, you have hundreds of different prizes to choose from, but if you win, you'll only receive the prize linked to your winning ticket.

Each of our House and Luxury Car competitions has one special prize up for grabs. The Free Competitions typically have one prize too, although there are sometimes more - be sure to check!

Meanwhile, thousands of prizes are up for grabs in every Instant Win Competition, so each ticket you buy might snag you an extra prize!

Yes, when you win, you can choose to take a hefty tax-free cash alternative. In fact, lots of winners take the cash to spend on buying a home, renovations, or their dream holiday.

You can find the specified cash alternative listed on every prize page. 

Some prizes also come with additional cash, which you’ll receive in full, no matter your final decision.

Yes! For Dream Car and Lifestyle Competition winners, BOTB will pay up to £1,500 towards insurance costs and up to £400 for servicing, depending on the value of the vehicle.

While cars won in the Instant Wins Competition come with a valid MOT, insurance and servicing are not included.

We do not export cars outside the UK. If the winner is not in the UK at the time of their win it will be their responsibility to provide a UK address for the delivery or opt for the Cash Alternative which is paid directly into the winner's account.

Spot the Ball is a football-themed game in which you must find the centre of a missing ball in a photograph.

Your chosen points will be recorded as coordinates (x,y), stored in our database, and saved in your account. If you pick the closest coordinates to our independent panel of judges, we’ll be turning up at your front door with your dream car.

We use Spot the Ball to determine the winner of the Dream Car Competition because it's widely recognised, easy to enter, and, most importantly, good fun! Using a skill-based game rather than a lottery or raffle ensures that every competition is legitimate and fair.

At the end of the Dream Car Competition, the same Spot the Ball picture you used to choose your coordinates is shown to a judging panel composed of professional sporting experts.

In the presence of an independent lawyer, they mark where they think the centre of the ball should be. The winner is the person who is closest to the judged position.

PromoVeritas, the UK's leading independent promotional verification service, selects the winner at random for our other competitions.

We like to use a panel of judges to ensure nobody ever knows the ball's original position to keep our competitions fair, transparent, and legally compliant. This way, the game relies on the entrant's skill rather than the chance that the original spot on the photograph is selected.

In the Dream Car Competition there can only be one car winner. If a case arises where two or more players are equally close to the judges position, the winner will be determined by calculating the next closest entry of the players in question. The person with the closest second ticket is then the outright winner. If any player in this equidistant scenario has only one ticket, all players that qualify will participate in another Spot the Ball competition online to determine the outright winner.

All equidistant players who do not win outright, will receive £1,000 in cash. Please be sure to read the full terms and conditions.

To ensure absolute fairness, Spot the Ball judging is a subjective process — and it has to be by law. 

You may not agree with the Judges every week, but many others will, including the guaranteed winners. 

Our panel of professional judges do the best job they can, and we ask you to consider that they are fair and logical over a good period of time, even if you occasionally think the ball should be somewhere else in the image.

To view your available BOTB Pass tickets, head to the ‘My Wallet’ page in the 'My Account' section.

To find tickets you’ve already used, head to ‘My Competitions’ in your account, select the competition you entered, and check your orders. Every BOTB Pass ticket you’ve played will be listed there, so you’ll always know exactly where you stand.

Using your BOTB Pass tickets is simple, but it works slightly differently depending on the competition.

For the House and Luxury Car Competitions, your tickets are entered automatically, so there’s nothing extra for you to do.

Lifestyle Competition tickets appear in your wallet, and you’ll need to pick a prize to play them on. If you don’t, your tickets will automatically be entered for a chance to win the £25,000 Lifestyle prize at the end of the competition.

For Instant Wins, tickets are added to your account, and you’ll need to log in and use them in any live competition within the subscription period. Make sure you play them all within a month of receiving them, because any unused tickets will expire. New Instant Wins tickets will be added in the following month, if your subscription renews.

Dream Car tickets arrive every Monday. They’ll be added to your cart automatically, and you have until the competition closes on Sunday to use them. Each tier gives you tickets up to a certain value, so you can choose from all available cars within that range.

When you start your subscription, you’ll instantly receive your first instalment of BOTB Pass tickets for active Dream Car, House, Luxury Car, and Lifestyle competitions.

After that first drop, new tickets arrive automatically each time a new competition starts, while Dream Car tickets are added to your account every Monday.

You’ll also get your full month’s supply of Instant Win tickets in one go when your subscription begins, giving you the freedom to choose when to play them within a month of receiving them, before they expire and are replaced with a new supply of Instant Win tickets, in accordance with your chosen BOTB plan.

Your unused BOTB Pass tickets sit in the ‘My Wallet’ section of your account until you play them. Once a ticket has been entered into a competition, it moves over to ‘My Competitions,’ where you can see it in your order history for that specific competition.

Just keep in mind that Dream Car tickets only last for the duration of the live competition – if you don’t use them before it closes, they’ll expire and disappear from your account.

If you haven't used your Instant Win tickets by the end of the subscription period, they will also disappear from your account.

If you’re not sure which BOTB Pass tickets belong to which competition, head to your account and open My Wallet. You’ll see a clear breakdown of your remaining subscription tickets, along with the competition each one is tied to. 

You can cancel your BOTB Pass anytime by logging into your account, selecting 'Manage My Subscription', then 'Cancel', and confirming your choice by clicking 'Cancel Subscription'. Alternatively, you can use the Model Cancellation Form as provided in our Terms and Conditions here.

Your cancellation will take effect from your next billing date, and any tickets you’ve already submitted to active competitions will still be valid.

Yes — you’ll continue to receive your Perks for Playing Dream Car ticket with any qualifying spend, as this runs separately from the BOTB Pass. 

If you forget to use your BOTB Pass tickets, you’ll still be automatically entered into the active House and Luxury Car Competitions. For Lifestyle, your entry will go towards the chance to win a £25,000 prize.

However, for Instant Wins and the Dream Car Competition, any unused tickets will expire and cannot be carried over.

Yes — you can still buy additional tickets, even if you’re a BOTB Pass subscriber. And remember, the more tickets you have, the higher your chances of winning.
