Audi A7 S-Line 55 TFSi

Audi A7 S-Line 55 TFSi

REVIEW

The original Audi A7 was a curious car. Audi certainly took a big chance when they designed it, with a coupe roofline and a chopped off rear end that many didn’t like. It continued to be a niche market seller, with the RS7 selling in tiny numbers. But time rolls on and now there’s an all-new A7, so has Audi toned it down? Well sort of, but it’s still got that unique look, just this time with a little more style and charm. The rear end may still be chopped quite suddenly, but there are swooping rear lights now and more curves than before. There are also a lot more feature lines down the sides of the car too, so it instantly looks more dynamic. At the front the grille is now huge, but it makes the A7 look really wide and low. If the standard S-Line car looks this aggressive, we’re really excited for how the new RS7 will look! We previously had the diesel A7, but as with the current trend we’ve ditched the diesel and this time it has the 3.0 litre turbo V6 petrol engine which produces 336bhp – certainly no slouch and it provides a nice exhaust note too. Vive la difference!
