Audi released the Q3 in 2012 as a smaller model to sit under their successful Q5.
But as with all models these days, the Q5 grew and Audi introduced the Q2 at the bottom of their SUV ladder, which meant that come renewal time the Q3 has grown up a little.
So it’s now 97mm longer, has a 78mm longer wheelbase for improved interior space and is 18mm wider too. This makes it slightly bigger than BMW’s X1 but with a much roomier interior.
The styling has been improved too, with a direct link to the e-Tron SUV and Q8 in the looks, making the Q3 a far more appealing proposition than the last model.
There’s also a huge increase in tech, with everything from 10-inch touchscreens to a built-in LTE wi-fi connection with live Google 3D mapping available.
This 35 TFSi model gets a 147bhp turbocharged 4cyl engine, while Vorsprung trim gets every option ticked.
