Win an Audi RS6 Avant Performance
What’s better than an RS6? The new RS6 Avant Performance, of course!
Audi really doesn’t believe in resting on its laurels—the RS6 is the go-to fast large estate car and has only been on sale for two years, but they’ve already updated it with the new, faster RS6 Avant Performance.
The Interior Design Technology
An Audi will always scream luxury, and the new Audi RS6 is no different with its seamless interior. Some of the standard tech available within the car includes Matrix LED headlights, a head-up display, an MMI sat nav, and a mobile phone-boosting phone box. The Bose 14 speaker also allows for a crisp and deep sound when listening to music or when on the phone!
Ride and Handling
The Audi RS6 has gone one step further, offering a blend of comfort and dynamic performance. The standard equipment now includes a head-up display, rear steering, and a Quattro Sport rear differential. Its adaptive suspension system allows for a smooth ride in ‘Comfort Mode’ while still offering sharp handling and responsive steering. Audi has removed some sound deadening, too, so it’s a little noisier than before (a good thing), and that cuts some weight, too, which helps the handling.
Let’s not forget the part of the car that drives us. The wheel size and tyre performance have improved, and a gorgeous set of lightweight 22-inch alloy wheels as standard amplifies the stance and aggressiveness even more!
Engine and The Gear Box
The real changes for the Audi RS6 come under the skin – the 4.0-litre twin turbo V8 powerhouse of an engine has been fitted with larger turbos and produces 621bhp and a massive 850Nm of torque. The 0-62mph sprint has been cut to 3.4 seconds, which is crazy fast for such a big car!
The RS6's 8-speed automatic transmission is generally well-suited to the engine, offering smooth shifts and quick responses. If you love driving in manual, you’ll get precise control, if you love driving in automatic, then you have that option too!
MPG
You’re looking at a new and improved engine for more efficient MPG. Given its powerful engine and performance-oriented nature, the Audi RS6 has also evolved to be incredibly fuel efficient by implementing cutting edge fuel-saving technologies, such as cylinder deactivation, to help improve on its fuel efficiency. Pretty cool!
The best really has got even better over here! You could win an Audi RS6 Avant Performance in the BOTB Dream Car Competition!
