There aren’t many more iconic car names than the 911 Turbo. Sitting at the top of the 911 tree since the 1970’s, the Turbo has always meant epic performance and wild looks.
Since the 991.2, all 911’s have been turbocharged though (GT aside of course)...so does the Turbo lose its appeal?
No way! This is the new 992 generation 911, and once again they’ve destroyed the competition without even turning a wheel – this Turbo S is as good as it gets and is the ultimate do-everything supercar.
There's the same 2+2 seating and front boot, so practicality is great, plus there’s still AWD so you can use it in all types of weather.
But now under that rear engine cover sits an all-new 3.7 litre flat-six twin turbo lump which produces a staggering 641bhp and 800Nm of torque.
With their amazing PDK gearbox and that AWD system, the Turbo S can hit 62mph in just 2.7 seconds on the way to a 205mph top speed - incredible.
Visually the Turbo S gets some seriously clever active aerodynamics in the front splitter and rear wing, while the rear arches get the usual intakes to complete the look.
