Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

BOTB Daily Spin is a promotional feature offered to BOTB customers. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the general BOTB Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all registered BOTB customers, except employees of BOTB, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify participants who violate these terms or abuse the promotion.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion is ongoing until further notice. BOTB reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate it at any time without prior notice.

4. How to Participate

Eligible customers may spin the Daily Spin once per day.

• The spin becomes available at 00:00 GMT/BST and expires at 23:59 GMT/BST on the same day.
• Unused spins do not carry over to the next day.
• Each customer is limited to one spin per day.
• Only customers with a UK phone number and UK country of registration are eligible.

5. Prizes

The Daily Spin offers a variety of prizes, including but not limited to:

• Game Credits
• Competition Tickets
• Cash Prizes
• Discounts
• Free Competition Tickets

Prize values and probabilities vary based on customer activity and availability.

The total prize pool value available in a 30-day period is a minimum of £100,000.

The £10,000 cash prize is available only to customers who have spent at least £50 in the last 30 days and made a real money purchase in the last 7 days.

All prizes are awarded at BOTB’s sole discretion and are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available unless the prize is cash.

6. Prize Redemption

• All prizes must be redeemed by 23:59 GMT/BST on the day they are awarded.
• Unredeemed prizes are forfeited without compensation.
• Prize type and amount are shown on the wheel and confirmed via email.
• Game Credits, Discounts, and Tickets are automatically credited and must be used before expiry.
• Cash prizes are processed within 28 days.
• Discounts must be used in a single transaction and cannot be combined with other promotions.

7. Technical Issues

BOTB is not responsible for technical or human errors that may affect participation.

In the event of a technical issue, BOTB will attempt to resolve it, but may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary.

8. General Conditions

• BOTB may withhold prizes if a participant is found to have breached the Terms and Conditions or acted fraudulently.
• All BOTB decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Terms may be updated or the Promotion cancelled due to circumstances beyond BOTB’s control.
• These Terms are governed by English law. Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
