Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the BOTB Daily Spin Promotion ("the Promotion").

1.2 By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the full BOTB Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to all registered BOTB customers, except employees of BOTB, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

2.2 We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify anyone who we believe has violated these Terms and Conditions and/or the full BOTB Terms and Conditions, or anyone who has abused the Promotion.

2.3 The Promotion is open to all registered BOTB customers that have made a direct real money purchase in the past 30 days or have entered via the Postal Entry. BOTB Pass membership does not qualify as a direct real money purchase.

2.4 Qualifying customers can participate in the Promotion on the day following the real money purchase as defined in clause 2.3.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The Promotion is ongoing until further notice.

3.2 BOTB reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

4. How to Participate

4.1 Eligible customers may spin the Daily Spin once per day.

4.2 The Daily Spin becomes available at 00:00 GMT/BST and expires at 23:59 GMT/BST on the same day.

4.3 Unused spins do not roll over to the next day.

4.4 Each customer is limited to one spin per day.

4.5 Only customers who have a UK phone number and UK country of registration are eligible for participating in the Promotion.

5. Prizes

5.1 The Daily Spin offers various prizes, including but not limited to:

  • Cash Prizes
  • Discounts
  • Free Competition Tickets

5.2 Prize sizes and probabilities vary based on customer activity, spending patterns and available prizes of each type.

5.3 The available prize value in a 30-day period is a minimum of £100,000, but the award of prizes depends on the number of spins made in each month.

5.4 The £10,000 cash prize is only available to customers who have spent both a minimum of £50 in the last 30 days AND have made a real money purchase in the previous 7 days.

5.5 All prizes are awarded at BOTB's sole discretion.

5.6 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available (except for prizes that are already cash).

6. Prize Redemption

6.1 Except for Cash Prizes, all prizes must be redeemed within six hours of being awarded.

6.2 Prizes not redeemed by the expiration time will be forfeited without compensation.

6.3 Prize amount and type are displayed on the graphical animation of the wheel. Prize details and redemption instructions will be provided via email following each completed spin.

6.4 Game Credit, Free Competition Tickets, Discounts and Competition Tickets will be automatically credited to the winner's BOTB account, and the Customer must use them before they expire.

6.5 Cash Prizes will be processed within 28 days of winning.

6.6 Discounts must be used in a single transaction and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

7. Technical Issues

7.1 BOTB is not responsible for technical issues or human errors, including but not limited to computer hardware or software malfunctions, network or server problems that may affect participation in the Promotion.

7.2 In the event of technical issues preventing participation, BOTB will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue but reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if necessary, or offer other prizes as compensation.

8. General Conditions

8.1 BOTB reserves the right to withhold prizes if we reasonably believe that a participant has breached these Terms and Conditions or has engaged in fraudulent or improper conduct.

8.2 BOTB's decision regarding all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.3 BOTB reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable.

8.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
