Ask most people what the coolest American car ever is, and they’ll invariably say the 1960s Ford Mustang.
The Mustang is one of the most iconic classic cars ever, so we just had to include it in our competition as it’s a dream car for many people!
There were so many variations we thought it’d be too restricting to limit to one type, so with a minimum of £55,000, you can choose whatever Mustang you want. They’re almost all the 289 V8 (an excellent 4.7 litre), but you can select Notchback, Fastback, Convertible, Shelby replica, or whatever takes your fancy up to the prize limit. Then get out on the open road and enjoy that classic V8 burble…
