Polestar has made a name for itself with its range of quirky yet practical Scandi-cool EVs, but now they’re taking the fight to Porsche with their sportiest offering yet – the Polestar 5.
Very much in the mold of the Taycan, the 5 is a low slung saloon with coupe-like looks and enough performance to worry most supercars. Especially as this is the 5 Performance model, so there’s an incredible 871bhp and a staggering 1,015Nm of torque! That means 0-62mph takes just 3.2 seconds and you’ll top out at 155mph.
And thanks to the slippery shape and huge 106kWh battery, even with all that power it’ll still do 351 miles between charges, plus it can add 240 miles in 20 mins at a high-power DC charger.
