The Tesla Model Y Performance is hugely popular, the vehicle is based on the same platform as the Model 3 but is taller and wider, plus it’s a hatchback. This is the practical family EV that we’ve all been waiting for.
Being a Long Range Performance model, the Tesla Model Y Performance has a 75kWh usable battery, which means it has a WLTP range of 360 miles. Thanks to the amazing Supercharger network, you could also go from 10-80% charge in just 25 minutes – that’s an extra 200 miles in the time it takes to grab a coffee and go to the toilet.
As a ‘performance’ vehicle you can imagine it's going to be mighty quick. The Dual Motor setup produces 460hp and 600Nm of torque – so this family SUV will only take 3.3 seconds to get to 60mph - that's 2000's supercar pace! This latest version also gets 21-inch alloys, adaptive dampers shared with the Model 3 Performance along with its new sports seats, there's even a new 16" screen inside.
Practicality is off the scale, too, with an 850-litre boot that grows to 2150 litres with the seats folded and an extra 117-litre space in the ‘frunk’.

This latest version also gets 21-inch alloys, adaptive dampers shared with the Model 3 Performance along with its new sports seats, there's even a new 16" screen inside.
Practicality is off the scale, too, with an 850-litre boot that grows to 2150 litres with the seats folded and an extra 117-litre space in the ‘frunk’.
