Welcome to Mazda’s premium SUV flagship – the CX-60 AWD.

At a glance, it may look like a refined family SUV, but the CX-60 is Mazda’s most ambitious road car yet. Built on a rear-biased platform and paired with intelligent all-wheel drive, it’s designed to feel balanced and confident on the road rather than just competent.

This AWD CX-60 uses Mazda’s plug-in hybrid powertrain, combining a 2.5-litre petrol engine with an electric motor and a 17.8kWh battery. The result is a healthy 322BHP and 369lb-ft of torque, enough to launch it from 0–62mph in just 5.8 seconds while still offering a useful electric-only driving mode for shorter trips.

Visually, it’s classic Mazda: elegant rather than aggressive. The long bonnet, slim LED headlights and clean body surfacing give it a premium, almost understated presence, while the wide stance and large alloy wheels add just enough muscle to remind you this is a performance-capable SUV.

Inside, the CX-60 really impresses. The cabin feels thoughtfully designed and genuinely upmarket, with high-quality materials, a driver-focused layout and plenty of space for passengers. There’s also a generous 570-litre boot, so it’s just as practical as it is comfortable.

With multiple drive modes including EV, Sport and Off-Road, the CX-60 AWD adapts easily to whatever you throw at it. It’s smooth, quiet and refined when cruising, yet surprisingly punchy when you lean on the throttle.

This is Mazda proving it can do premium its own way – stylish, capable and genuinely enjoyable to drive.
