William Hindmarch

Aged 47 - Chief Executive

William graduated from the University of Durham in 1996 and joined Kleinwort Benson as a graduate trainee. He founded the business in 1999. He has been the Chief Executive of the Company for 17 years.

Rupert Garton

Aged 46 - Commercial Director

Rupert graduated from the University of Durham in 1997 and joined JP Morgan as a graduate trainee. Later, he spent seven years in Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein’s equity capital markets and corporate finance divisions working in London, Milan and Johannesburg. In 2003, he completed an MBA at the Oxford University Said Business School, before joining a specialist retailer as Commercial Director. He joined the Company in January 2006.

Mr Garton joined the Board on 21st June 2006.

Ben Hughes

Aged 46 - Marketing Director

Ben graduated from Durham University in 1998 and spent two years at an advertising agency before moving to the marketing department at News International, where he worked on a variety of print and digital brands over a nine year period. Latterly, he was Head of Marketing (Digital) for News Group Media. Ben joined BOTB as Marketing Director in 2010.

Mr Hughes joined the Board on 23rd March 2021.

David Firth FCA

Aged 59 - Non-Executive Chairman, Audit Committee Chairman

David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England and Wales (FCA) and highly experienced Plc board member. He has acted as the Finance Director and Company Secretary of a number of AIM listed companies, including Penna Consulting Plc and Parity Plc. With over 25 years of experience on PLC boards he has a broad base of knowledge including the raising of finance, corporate governance, investor relations and acquisitions and disposals. He also has strong operations experience gained in building, running and restructuring people businesses.

Mr Firth joined the Board on 1st January 2018.

Daniel Burns

Aged 50 - Non-Executive Director

Daniel graduated from the University of Cambridge in 1992. He is an experienced corporate financier in the gaming, competitions, lottery and media sector with over 20 years of advisory experience covering both public and private companies. Daniel is Managing Partner at Oakvale Capital LLP (“Oakvale”), a corporate finance advisor in the gaming and media industry. Daniel previously worked as a corporate lawyer at Macfarlanes, focusing on venture capital and international mergers and acquisitions. He has sat on the advisory boards of a number of the largest gaming companies.

Mr Burns joined the Board on 23rd March 2021.

Kerin Williams FCG

Company Secretary

Kerin Williams owns Trakehner Cosec Ltd, a dedicated company secretarial and corporate governance practice. Kerin has over 25 years experience in the company secretarial field, with both Main Market and AIM Listed Companies. She has acted as Company Secretary for BOTB Plc for over 10 years.

Kerin is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and holds a Law Degree from Plymouth University.
