Explore our Competitions
This week only: 7 iconic cars. 7 global legends. One epic prize lineup – only at BOTB.
From Germany with horsepower: it’s an iconic double act— the newly redesigned Porsche 718 Cayman and the legendary VW Golf GTI. Precision, performance, and pure driving pleasure… why choose one when you could have both?
Porsche 718 Cayman GTS 4.0
The Porsche Cayman GTS comes with a detuned version of the GT4 engine, producing 395bhp and 420Nm of torque.
Performance has been improved – you can finally win a new Porsche Cayman and have a sweet flat-six singing behind your head in one of the best mid-engined chassis Porsche has ever made.
Volkswagen Golf GTI
It seems like only yesterday the Mk8 Golf was revealed, but we already have the facelifted Mk8.5 Golf GTI—an everyday car that delivers excitement when you want it!
The basics are the same, but there have been improvements in pretty much every area. To start with, the 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cyl engine has been turned up to 261bhp, which drops the 0-62mph time to 6.0 seconds. Outside, there are new Matrix IQ LED headlights, a reprofiled front bumper, and some new wheel designs.
The biggest changes are inside, with the best being a new steering wheel with actual buttons rather than the unpopular haptic touch buttons of the Mk8. There’s also a new, larger infotainment screen, new seats, and additional tech with ChatGPT incorporated!
All in all, these welcome changes to the Golf GTI are intended to make the best all-around hot hatch even hotter!
