We love a funky little runaround here at BOTB, and the Kia Picanto fits that description perfectly! With a peppy little 1.0-litre 3-cylinder engine, you get enough go for nipping around town while barely drinking any fuel. And there's a slick 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox on this model too, to make driving even easier.

MERCEDES-AMG CLA35
Mercedes-AMG covers all the bases with their current range, from hot hatches to thundering V8 sports cars, but they haven't forgotten the performance car fan with a family. The CLA45 might be a bit too raucous and expensive these days, so they've now given us the CLA35...
Sharing the same running gear as the hugely popular A35 AMG, it has 302bhp from the 2.0 litre turbocharged inline-4 and an impressive 400Nm of torque. The larger CLA body weighs a little more, so performance is dulled slightly – 0-62mph takes a smidge longer at 4.9 seconds, but it’s still a quick car. The looks have certainly matured, too, with a sleek nose with the modern Merc style leading to a lovely tapered rear end.

MERCEDES-AMG CLA35
Mercedes-AMG covers all the bases with their current range, from hot hatches to thundering V8 sports cars, but they haven't forgotten the performance car fan with a family. The CLA45 might be a bit too raucous and expensive these days, so they've now given us the CLA35...
Sharing the same running gear as the hugely popular A35 AMG, it has 302bhp from the 2.0 litre turbocharged inline-4 and an impressive 400Nm of torque. The larger CLA body weighs a little more, so performance is dulled slightly – 0-62mph takes a smidge longer at 4.9 seconds, but it’s still a quick car. The looks have certainly matured, too, with a sleek nose with the modern Merc style leading to a lovely tapered rear end.
