Builder Wins Audi RSQ3 Sportback and £50,000 Tax-Free Cash!

This week’s Dream Car Competition winner, builder James Corcoran from Berkshire, is taking home an Audi RSQ3 Sportback Vorsprung worth over £66,000. And that’s not all – he’ll also receive £50,000 tax-free cash in the next 24 hours!

“I’m absolutely speechless", James admitted. “It just doesn’t feel real yet.”

Once he’d calmed down, James told BOTB presenter Christian, “It’ll mean we can do a lot of things we haven’t been able to do in a long time.”

Berkshire builder wins car and £50k in online competition

Nov 2023

James Corcoran, from Thatcham, has won an Audi RSQ3 Sportback Vorsprung worth £66,000 along with £50,000 stuffed in the boot, courtesy of BOTB. The 42-year-old was ambushed by BOTB presenter Christian Williams who surprised him with the news.

“I was absolutely stunned when Christian told me I had won. It still hasn’t sunk in," James said. “I’ve been playing for about five years and have watched a lot of the videos of the winners, but it was nothing like I expected.”

James, a father-of-three, said he was considering taking the cash alternative so he and his family could move house. “I love Audis but the money will come in very handy as we are looking to move house and find somewhere to rent. “We’ve been living at my father-in-law’s house over the last four years after he fell ill, but he has stabilised now. “Other than that, we wouldn’t do anything crazy with the money. It would just be nice to have some savings which we haven’t had for a long time.”

BOTB was founded by William Hindmarch in 1999 and has given away a whopping £64m-worth of cars so far.
